Improvement of nine courtyards in the Nagorny district is planned. The district itself obtained funds for the development of the territories, including through parking lots and taxes.
Each courtyard of the capital has its own history. Some are noted for lush flower beds and unusual flower beds, others are distinguished by original sports and playgrounds, and others attract pet lovers. And on the Warsaw highway, 75, building 1, the courtyard combines almost all these qualities.
“Here it has always been well maintained,” recalls one of the local residents, Flyura Akhmetzyanova. — Every year residents came up with flower beds. Most of the time, our flower bed was decorated with lilies and roses.
This year, a local resident Igor has become a tireless gardener. They called him the gardener. Regardless of the weather, he tirelessly cared for the plants: planted, watered on hot days, weeded.
“We are used to beauty,” comment the parents who went out for a walk with their children.
The city itself is suitable for both children and older children. You can soar on a swing, slide downhill, climb a rope ladder to the top of the castle, and saddle up a horse or drive a colorful tractor.
– Fun for boys and girls! – the mother of one-year-old Damir Victoria Ize smiles.
Young children love to take off their shoes and run around barefoot. The rubber coating does not harm delicate legs.
There is a hockey rink next to the house. In winter, it gets flooded and the skating rink is hardly ever empty – everyone from young to old hone their skills.
“You can never say that when you leave your house, you will immediately find yourself on a busy road,” Shamil Akhmetzyanov takes up the story about his garden. “Everything is green, the birds sing in the morning, the laughter of the children can be heard on the site, the neighbors greet each other in the elevator and on the street. We all maintain good relationships, trying to make the world around us a little better.
Every year in the Nagorny district, the council considers the issue of landscape gardens. This season is no exception. The head of the district council, Arkady Russkikh, suggested that the stimulus funds – money that the districts themselves earned in the form of profits from the patent system of taxes, paid parking and taxes on the income of people who rent residential premises – be earmarked for to the improvement of various directions.
In particular, in the courtyard of house number 14, building 3, on Chongarsky Boulevard, it is planned to repair the sidewalk and install fences. In the playground, the builders will replace the synthetic lining, install new swings, slides and other small architectural forms. There will also be new benches and urns in the courtyard. Similar types of work are planned for Simferopolsky Boulevard, Building 33, Building 1.
– And on the adjacent territory on Simferopolsky Boulevard, house 29, building 1, it is planned to repair the asphalt, replace the side stone and restore the lawn, – the council said.
Sidewalk repairs are scheduled for six more addresses.
In previous years, cozy places for recreation and walks appeared in the area. A pedestrian alley with benches has been made on Chongarsky Boulevard. Also, residents can take a walk near the Krivoy Rog pond. The reservoir was cleaned of sediment deposits, the shore was reinforced and convenient paths were made around it.
